In order to ensure early commercial materialization of commercial projects, Udyog Mitra acts as a Single Window System to help speedy processing clearances and certificates required for setting up of industrial undertakings in Bihar for the promotion of an all-round development of the state and industrial development and also to provide for an investor friendly environment.
The main objective of Udyog Mitra is to provide guidance to the entrepreneurs to establish their enterprises through providing required data to them, helping them prepare project profile and also in sorting their other problems. Besides, it is responsible for monitoring of the departmental schemes and maintains latest information relating to ongoing projects. It also organises seminars and discussions, and participate in the international and the state level fairs. During 2011-12, as many as 753 entrepreneurs have been provided with the project profiles, necessary data, information, guidance, etc.
Application Form for Land Allotment can be procured from any of the Regional Offices of BIADA situated at Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur and Darbhanga or the BIADA Headquarter and Patna Regional Office situated at Patna on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash. Application Form can also be obtained from “Udyog Mitra” situated at Ground Floor, Indira Bhawan, R.C. Path (West Boring Canal Road), Patna on payment of Rs. 100/- in cash.
Application for allotment of Land/Shed to be submitted in a prescribed format. Application form for Land allotment in three copies to be submitted along with the following documents – (1) Projects Profile, (2) Bio-data of entrepreneurs and (3) Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- for Small Scale Industries; Rs.5000/ for Medium and Large Scale Industries as processing fee and Rs.2000/ per acre (adjustable) as security money.
